ZAGG: Robins Group Update Report

This week, ZAGG presented at the “Accredited Investors Conference” in Colorado Springs. We attended the conference, in addition to a dinner held for analysts, brokers and investors; here are our key takeaways:

ZAGG announced an investment in HZO along with worldwide exclusive marketing rights to HZO’s electronic water proofing technology. We witnessed an impressive demonstration where an iPod with HZO’s technology was submersed underwater along with an amplified speaker – the fidelity was not really altered, except for the being somewhat muted by the water itself, but impressively the iPod remained totally protected. We believe this could be ‘game changing’ technology, with broad application across the handheld consumer electronic arena. This Technology can be applied either as an in-line production process or an after-market sale. We understand discussions with manufacturers are proceeding.
