M&A Heating up in the biologics space

Medtronic Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire Eatontown, N.J.-based Osteotech Inc. for an estimated $123 million.
Osteotech is a biologics company which has developed products that aid in the regeneration of bone. The products are used in different musculoskeletal surgical procedures.
